We are the Champions
Did you know the second of Lake County Schools' five strategic priorities is to “Champion a culture that attracts, develops, supports, and retains quality employees”?
We have good news. The champions are here! We are current LCS educators who want to act now alongside LCS to deliver on this strategic priority.
We believe that LCS can act now to implement the following:
A. Pay Retention Supplements to all LCS educators
B. Compensation to address veteran compression
C. Increase compensation for stipends and supplements including athletics and extracurriculars
D. Fully-fund the LCS Mentoring Program
