We believe, given the historic increases in student enrollment, larger than expected funding allocations from the state, and remaining COVID emergency funds, that LCS can act now to implement the following:
A.Pay Retention Bonuses to all LCS educators
B.Fully-fund the LCS Mentoring Program
C.Compensation to address veteran compression
D.Increase compensation for supplements including
athletics and extracurriculars
