WE are the Champions

We advocate for quality public education for Lake County Schools. Help us support our vision & mission by getting involved, join our campaign, and have your voice heard.

There will be food, drinks, and prizes. We will connect and visit with fellow Lake County School Employees and there will be a guest speaker from 6 - 6:30 PM.

Did you know the second of Lake County Schools' five strategic priorities is to
“Champion a culture that attracts, develops, supports, and retains quality
employees”?

We have good news. The champions are here! We are current LCS educators who want to act now alongside LCS to deliver on this strategic priority.

We believe, given the historic increases in student enrollment, larger than expected funding allocations from the state, and remaining COVID emergency funds, that LCS can act now to implement the following:

A. Pay Retention Bonuses to all LCS educators
B. Fully-fund the LCS Mentoring Program
C. Compensation to address veteran compression
D. Increase compensation for supplements including
athletics and extracurriculars
